Sharron is an illustrator that loves exploring the themes of nature and heritage. Her work spotlights biology and her intersecting identities as a Buddhist, southern Asian-American. She is a big believer in using illustration as a tool for education— conveying clear, effective messaging in a visual feast. She has been published in magazines like the Asian Student Alliance Passion Show Magazine and SCAN Magazine and has had her work displayed at the Porsche North American Headquarter, as well as the High Museum of Art.

Having moved to 5 different southern states before the age of 13, the only constant in Sharron’s life was her parent’s mall restaurants, her sketchpad, and nonfiction books. Learning about the ancient world and nature gave life to the concrete jungles of the city she lived in, which spurred her desire to record the items that appeared in what she read.

During her time studying illustration at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta, Sharron has honed her visual voice to a layered collage style that prioritizes extensive research. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her 3 cats.
